You will walk away with the guidelines on “how” and “why” to choose specific pure tones, pure pigments, and pastel tones to create true neutral, cool, and vibrant results with your hair color.

  • How to formulate for neutral, cool, and vibrant results
  • To mix with new gram increments
  • How not all Blues are the same
  • Which to choose – FS Permanent ELC or FS Deep 12N or 14N
  • How to use IB outside the parameters

Take color theory, NRP, and tonal value with a whole new perspective! Participants will be inspired to challenge their thinking on enhancing, refining, and neutralizing tone strictly by tonal value!

Jessica Gregory

Jessica Gregory has been with Aveda since 2005. Graduating from the Aveda Institute St Petersburg, she then moved to Miami to work for Van Michael Salon as a color specialist. She became an educator for the Aveda Institutes and opened Sage Salon with her family in 2007. In 2013, Jessica became a Regional Technical Trainer for the Aveda Institutes traveling around the country creating curriculum and training for the education department. Throughout her years, she has had the opportunity to work in New York Fashion Week and train with Avedas Global Educators. She is certified in Aveda Hair Color and LearnAveda Haircutting Systems. Just this year, Jessica became an Aveda Color Purefessional allowing her to educate on a national level. Jessica has a strong passion for hair color science and theory. When she isn’t doing hair, Jessica is out on the food scene as she loves to try new restaurants. She loves spending time with her human family and pet family.
