Inspired by the skin care trend of cryotherapy (cold therapy), this course features cooling techniques—although our version is not sub-zero!—and products that contain caffeine to rejuvenate, soothe and calm skin. Developed by Aveda Guest Artist, Krista Kiley, this hands-on course will teach you to customize the guest’s experience with various versions of the treatment, from a complimentary 90-second hand experience to a 90-minute facial option for a full-fledged immersion in the refreshing world of kühl.

• Cooling facial therapy techniques using facial tools and Aveda Skin Care products to refresh skin and restore evenness in tone
• How to implement Kühl It Facial Therapy into daily skin care practice and teach guests a quick, at-home way to depuff the eyes
